This policy applies to information collected through this website, including the enquiry form, telephone calls and emails that follow a website enquiry. It does not describe every record that may be created after a customer separately accepts a quote or books a service.

Do not submit sensitive information

The website enquiry form is intended for ordinary service enquiries. Please do not submit payment-card details, bank information, identity documents, government identifiers, health information, alarm codes, keysafe codes or other sensitive information through the form. If such information is required, contact us first so that an appropriate method can be agreed.

The enquiry form uses FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. Information entered into the form is transmitted to FormSubmit and then to our nominated email accounts. FormSubmit and the relevant email or hosting providers may process or store information using systems outside Australia. Their own privacy and security practices apply to their services.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not intentionally place advertising cookies and does not include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or a comparable marketing tracker. The hosting provider or security services may nevertheless use essential technical mechanisms or generate server logs required to deliver and protect the website. This section must be updated before analytics, advertising tools or additional cookies are introduced.

Storage, security and retention
